so next week i'm taking a late megabus to madison.  i've never taken that before and they don't really give a great explanation of where to catch it at downtown.

My computer was giving me fits, and I called Geek Squad, who of course, wouldn't give me even the simplest information over the phone. (Which I understand, but resent nonetheless) And they wouldn't come out to my place, although I bought the computer from Best Buy. And they wanted to charge an arm and a leg to have me bring my computer to them and leave it overnight to fix it.

I decided that was too mush bullshit, and I put out a distress signal on my LJ. yarrick answered, and I am so happy he did! He came to MY house, confirmed that I had the right diagnosis, installed new hardware, updated all software, and all for a fraction of what it would have cost me to bring my PC into Geek Squad. It was actually AFFORDABLE. Coming from me, that means a LOT. He was professional and knowledgeable, and he took the time to answer my questions and explain things to me that I wanted to have explained. My computer is running flawlessly.

Consider checking him out the next time your computer takes a turn for the worse. See if he can help you out- I'd be surprised if he couldn't!

I am wondering where in the TC I could find bubble tea? I usually go to The Tea Garden in Uptown, but I'm wondering where else one could go?
